OUR NEW LINE OF KIMCHI AND SAUERKRAUT IS HERE!!!

Our veggie ferments were developed over the course of a year getting feedback from our local community. We focus on sourcing our produce from local farmers as the season allows. We use organic Cabbages, diakon radish, carrots, and beets, though we don't have our product verified by a 3rd party. Our goal is to be able to work with local farmers who are growing organically but don't have their certification so we can support them in making that a reality for their farm!
